• 1-4+ years of relevant experience in an analytical or strategic decision support role
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to dissect problems and form hypotheses for analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas simply

• SQL skills strongly preferred
• MS Access skills strongly preferred
• Innovative thinking with a passion for questioning the status quo
