Inbound Contacts Representative

• Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries from customers
• Resolve complex benefit questions and educate members on services
• Record details of inquiries, comments, or complaints and take action accordingly
• Escalate unresolved customer grievances to appropriate personnel
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and operational tasks to support customer needs

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in an inbound call center or related customer service role
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Fluency in Spanish
