• Lead the design, implementation, and management of residential Demand Response (DR) offerings ensuring compliance with utility program requirements
• Oversee subcontractors and technology partners for DR program delivery, coordinating daily operations and performance monitoring
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the utility project manager, participating in regular meetings and business reviews
• Monitor program metrics such as enrollment, load reduction, and customer satisfaction while providing accurate forecasting and monthly reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to drive enrollment and participation, especially among hard-to-reach customers

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand response, energy efficiency, or utility program management
• Knowledge of residential energy efficiency programs and Demand Response technologies
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and performance reporting
• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Act 129 and utility regulatory frameworks
• Ability to travel regularly within Eastern PA and to the Allentown office
