Position: Lead Support Account Manager

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary support liaison for Premium customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Manage end‑to‑end support experience, including case management, escalations, and proactive health reviews
  • Deliver high‑touch, white‑glove service while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead operational and health reviews, utilizing data to guide discussions on performance and platform usage
  • Collaborate with Sales to support contract renewals and customer satisfaction initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 7 years in Support Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar senior‑level role
  • Strong technical expertise in SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or data integration
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level
  • Proven ability to manage high‑severity issues in complex customer environments
  • Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Zendesk, Support Logic, or Jira
  • Familiarity with data integration workflows or enterprise data systems
  • Demonstrated experience presenting in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or executive forums
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset focused on team success
