• Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their issues and develop key performance indicators dashboards
• Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in Power
  
  BI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
• Provide insight and data analysis for Claim strategic initiative projects

• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends using data
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power
  
  BI and Spotfire
• Familiarity with Long Term Care insurance or claims processes
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
