• Oversee all phases of client programs from inception to completion, focusing on demand response programs in the Mid‑Atlantic region
• Manage a portion of a large client contract or several small contracts with direct oversight from a manager
• Execute scopes of work to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
• Direct and coordinate cross‑functional teams, typically consisting of 3‑7 members
• Create technical content and intellectual property as needed for projects

• Relevant work experience with 2‑4 years in project management
• 1+ years of people‑management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to manage contracts typically less than $2 million in annual revenue without incentives
• Strong skills in executing scopes of work for compliance and client satisfaction

• Experience managing cross‑functional teams in engineering, marketing, or software development
• Familiarity with energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives
• Proven track record in delivering high‑level service to clients and customers
• Ability to create innovative program offerings that benefit the grid
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
