- Lead and supervise a team of Mobile Inspectors, ensuring adherence to inspection processes and quality standards
- Monitor and optimize team workflow through scheduling and dispatching inspection requests
- Conduct digital and in‑person inspection audits to assess quality and provide coaching as needed
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to meet client expectations
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while providing ongoing support and development
- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience in the automotive field
- Minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational and customer‑focused skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Experience with Manheim/Manheim Express inspections
- Previous body shop, mechanical, or estimating experience
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with inspection‑related software
- Proven ability to lead change and demonstrate business acumen
- Ability to work effectively with remote supervision and manage remote teams
