• Supervise and coordinate dining facility staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance for smooth operations and service quality.
• Train and instruct staff on customer service, complaint resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and waste reduction to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct training for new and current employees on safety, service protocols, and job‑specific tasks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and university policies for a safe dining environment.

• Proven supervisory experience in food service, showcasing leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to enhance the dining experience for staff and customers.
• Proficiency in dining facility operations, including food prep, service standards, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Aptitude for problem‑solving, decision‑making, and maintaining smooth operations.
• Adaptability in managing staff and operations within a fast‑paced dining environment, handling changing priorities and diverse situations.
