- Conduct technical seminars and presentations to engage customers and demonstrate product value
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted consultant
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and innovations in sequencing technology
- BA/BS or MS degree in Life/Biological Sciences
- Customer-facing sales or support experience in the Life Sciences or Genomics preferred
- Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information effectively
- Self-motivated and adaptable with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the territory
- Ph.D. or Masters in Biological Sciences, Genetics, Genomics, or a related field
- Experience in Next Generation Sequencing and multiomic applications
- Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain deep knowledge of relevant applications
- Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships
- Experience in a dynamic, challenging work environment
