What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Seek out and drive new business opportunities with new-to-employer organizations across your territory
  • Convert viable prospects into active employer clients, managing the full sales conversation and negotiation
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics
  • Align insights, guidance, and practical tools to deliver value to partnerships
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
  • Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process
