• Salary up to $201,000 annually

• Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
• Provide competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining maximum profit margins
• Create and implement marketing plans as necessary
• Conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives in proposal preparation
• Mentor and develop staff through training and performance management processes

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
• Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

• Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
• Proven ability to motivate and direct sales teams
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
