Location: Al Bahah
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant / Administration Executive to support our operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting seamless office administration. The ideal candidate will play a key part in managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, handling payroll and VAT processes, and contributing to audit readiness.

- Manage petty cash, receipts, payments, and daily financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bookkeeping entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements
- Process payroll, track employee expenses, and manage salary records
- Assist with VAT documentation and ensure financial compliance
- Monitor office expenses and maintain comprehensive financial records
- Coordinate professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Organize company files, records, and important documents
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Support management with administrative and reporting tasks
- Assist during financial audits and maintain proper documentation
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day office operations
- Proven experience in accounting and administration roles
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Professional demeanor and strong teamwork orientation
- Familiarity with VAT processes and accounting procedures in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi is preferred
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or site administration is a plus
