The school is seeking a Middle School Leader who will be responsible for the curriculum management and implementation for Middle School. The School’s Principals are tasked with the full responsibility for everything related to the academic programs. Those responsibilities include: curriculum, instruction, assessment, faculty development and student achievement. There will be a big focus on teacher training to many non-UK members of staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed., M.A.Ed., M.A., or M.S.) required
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a reputable international or national school
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Head of School
• Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic supervision
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administration to enhance school performance
