Supervise the training and operational activities of the women's Section within the driving school, ensuring that lessons and training programs are delivered according to approved standards and completed on schedule.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations within the section.
- Monitor the delivery of theoretical and practical driving lessons.
- Ensure compliance with training procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor instructors' performance and provide guidance when needed.
- Ensure training programs are completed within the specified timelines.
- Prepare periodic reports on section performance.
- Diploma degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training, supervision, or operational activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office.
