• Degree in the specialty from Saudi universities or universities recommended by the Ministry of Education (equivalence proof required)
• Extension of specialty for lecturer and faculty positions
• Grade of "Good" or higher in bachelor's degree
• All university qualifications must be full time
• Must pass a personal interview
• PhD, Master's degree in English (Applied linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, linguistics, English Literature) with at least two years of experience in education or training
• Bachelor's degree in English with CELTA certification and at least five years of experience in education or training

• At least two years of experience in education or training for applicants with a Master's degree in English
• At least five years of experience in education or training for applicants with a bachelor's degree in English

• Excellent English pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar skills
• Confidence and ability to deliver motivating and engaging lessons
• Development of teaching materials
• Assessment techniques
• Reflective practice and micro teaching
• Mastery of subject content
• Use of technology in the classroom
• Stay current with latest methods and theories for English teachers
• Continuous professional development and skill acquisition

• Participate in the implementation of the college's vision and mission
• Implement educational and training programs in line with the study plan and academic quorum
• Teach assigned courses according to system allocations
• Carry out practical exercises and lessons as prescribed
• Handle all exam related tasks: question setting, correction, review and audit
• Convey the latest developments in the field of specialization to students
• Participate in the development of college programs and work procedures
• Engage in departmental councils, committees, college activities and research programs
• Attend council sessions, participate and vote on decisions and recommendations
• Execute assigned works from the council within regulatory limits
• Maintain order in halls and laboratories
• Execute tasks related to scientific research, academic advising or other administrative or academic work beyond the prescribed teaching load
• Contribute to scientific research in the specialty
• Prepare required quality reports for academic courses
• Encourage constructive competition, innovation and creativity among students to achieve excellence for the college and its students
• Participate in departmental and college committees
• Submit necessary periodic reports to the college or scientific departments
• Preserve the reputation of the college and its property, maintain order and ensure student safety
