Job opportunities in Qatif, as announced by a private entity, through the unified employment platform (
Jadarat) , under the title (
School Leader ), to work immediately as follows.

• Participating in the development of the school's main goals and strategic plans.
• Developing and implementing plans, programs and initiatives that contribute to achieving these goals.
• Direct supervision of the planning, organization and management of school operations.
• Monitoring all financial and administrative operations and disbursing annual operating budgets.
• Ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the smooth running of daily operations with the greatest possible efficiency and effectiveness.

• Supervising all development initiatives and projects undertaken by the school, monitoring their implementation and progress, and ensuring the optimal use of all available resources and facilities in accordance with the policies and directives of the Ministry of Education and the regional education authority. Overseeing the educational and pedagogical process within the school and addressing all student-related issues, thereby fostering a suitable environment for character development, education, and the cultivation of students' abilities and talents, while instilling sound values and principles.
  
  Holding regular meetings with school staff and various committees to monitor progress, discuss updates and developments in school operations, address suggestions, and take appropriate action.
• Supervising the evaluation and assessment of various plans and programs, measuring their impact and effectiveness on the educational process by monitoring their results and effects on students' academic achievement and their social, behavioral, psychological, cognitive, health, and skill development. Supervising the preparation of summaries and general reports on school achievements, presenting them to the relevant higher authorities in the Ministry of Education and the educational district, keeping them informed of various challenges and developments, and consulting with them on various important future issues and initiatives related to the school.
