Manufacturing Engineer

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Engineer
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, Oracle MRP systems, and Oracle Fusion tools. This role involves creating and maintaining parts and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting testing and validation activities to ensure efficient and accurate production workflows.

• Create and maintain part numbers, BOMs, and routings in Oracle MRP and Fusion systems.
• Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure accurate documentation updates. Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Assist in the development of prototype equipment including the execution of test plans for new and modified parts or assemblies.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to manufacturing documentation and records.
• Provide technical support for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support product lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
• Train and support team members on Oracle MRP and Fusion tools usage.

• Oracle MRP:
  Proficient in managing materials, BOMs, and routings.
• Oracle Fusion:
  Experience with Fusion Manufacturing, Product Hub, and related modules.
• Documentation:
  Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions.
• Manufacturing Processes:
  Strong understanding of assembly, machining, and testing processes.
• Testing Support:
  Ability to assist in test planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Problem Solving:
  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Change Management:
  Experience with ECOs and configuration control.
• Communication:
  Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5-8 years in a manufacturing engineering role with Oracle MRP and Fusion tools.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Language:
  Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Systems Knowledge:
  Familiarity with PLM systems and ERP integrations.
