Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
Conduct resource allocation analysis to optimize productivity and minimize delays, adjusting schedules as necessary based on ongoing project developments.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential bottlenecks.
Facilitate communication between various teams and departments, ensuring everyone is informed of schedule changes and project requirements.
Analyze historical project data to improve future planning processes and enhance accuracy in forecasting timelines.
Monitor project expenditures and resource utilization, providing recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
Support the procurement process by providing input on timeline constraints and resource availability, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project delays or disruptions.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest planning tools and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
Detail oriented personality with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and adhere to health and safety regulations.
