Responsibilities
- Conduct functional performance and safety testing of robotic and electro-mechanical systems
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures and protocols
- Set up and maintain test rigs, test benches and data acquisition systems
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and electrical failures
- Work closely with design engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
- Validate system performance under real-time and field conditions
- Document test results, anomalies and corrective actions accurately
- Support field trials and system integration testing when required
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and testing regulations
- Continuously improve testing methods and contribute to product quality enhancement
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in testing electro mechanical or robotic systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong hands on experience in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and sensors
- Good understanding of industrial automation and robotic equipment
- Experience in test planning, validation and reporting
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross functional engineering teams
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Practical, hands on mindset (shop floor / field testing experience preferred)
