Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s representative and ensure project adherence to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate activities within established project timelines.
• Deliver the full scope of Arcadis contracted services across all phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to a team of project professionals.
• Day‑to‑day manage planning, engineering, construction, handover aspects and associated deliverables.
• Coordinate design reviews, requirements, approvals between owner, design team, and contractors.
• Schedule and report activities related to stakeholder management, facility operations, and project communications.
• Apply appropriate technical standards during project implementation and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Ensure deliverables and constructed work conformance with scope and quality standards set in contract documents.
• Provide timely, accurate progress reports, cash‑flow and cost‑of‑completion forecasts.
• Maintain project files, meeting records, correspondence and project controls information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and review all purchases, procurement, changes and payments.
• Monitor contractor adherence to the prime contract, safety standards and project specifications.

• 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing and data center project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience managing large construction projects.
• Industry certifications such as PMP or CCM.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Critical thinking with a focus on outcomes and solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex, unique assignments simultaneously.
• Client‑facing experience with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise.
• Self‑motivated, individually accountable, team‑oriented, and flexible, with initiative to tackle new projects and challenges daily.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 – $161,000. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
