Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional performance and safety testing of robotic and electro-mechanical systems
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures and protocols
• Set up and maintain test rigs, test benches and data acquisition systems
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and electrical failures
• Work closely with design engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Validate system performance under real-time and field conditions
• Document test results, anomalies and corrective actions accurately
• Support field trials and system integration testing when required
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and testing regulations
• Continuously improve testing methods and contribute to product quality enhancement

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in testing electro‑mechanical or robotic systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and sensors
• Good understanding of industrial automation and robotic equipment
• Experience in test planning, validation and reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in cross‑functional engineering teams
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Practical, hands‑on mindset (shop‑floor / field testing experience preferred)
