INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely acquisition of all project materials and services to ensure the final delivery of projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EPC project procurement processes
, vendor management, contract negotiations, and supply chain optimization. The Procurement Manager will work closely with engineering, project management, and other departments to align procurement activities with project goals.

• Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value for project materials and services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure favorable contracts while maintaining quality and budget control.
• Oversee the entire supply chain process to avoid delays, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure materials are delivered to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to define material specifications, ensuring procurement aligns with technical requirements.
• Monitor and manage procurement costs to ensure alignment with project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Anticipate potential risks in the supply chain, such as delays or shortages, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
