Job Summary
As Process Performance Engineer, you will provide technical assistance (methods, products, etc.) to Production teams to optimize industrial processes while observing safety, cost, quality and lead‑time criteria.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to Production teams to optimize industrial processes while observing safety, cost, quality and lead‑time criteria.
- Implement appropriate solutions (methods, processes, organization) to meet company requirements.
- Produce PERT/GANTT diagrams to identify task dependencies.
- Develop Program Evaluation Review Technique diagrams for task dependencies.
- Perform line balancing for each MSN.
- Define critical path.
- Analyze industrial capacities.
- Calculate workforce and resources.
- Build scenarios to simulate different station/line configurations.
- Contribute to definition of industrial architecture.
- Study and optimize workflows; evaluate existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in determining ideal work process duration through time observations.
- Stay updated on A320 best practices in process optimization.
- Identify deviations.
- Perform process and station optimization.
- Conduct VA/NVA analysis.
- Detect and analyze misalignments in work orders.
- Update work packages within and across stations.
- Process improvement proposals.
- Align Airbus Operating System focus areas to the established plan.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering; or non‑degree holder with 3 years of Airbus experience or 5 years of industry experience.
- Lean methodology understanding.
- High degree of flexibility and initiative.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience as outlined above.
