RTX is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer II to lead quality improvements across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. You will drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and action closure while presenting metrics to leadership and customers.
The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree, and familiarity with PFMEA, 8D, and AS9100 practices. Onsite in Foley, AL with travel up to 25% may be required.
