Location: Al Qaţīf
Overview
Support transport and dispatch operations by coordinating daily material movements, monitoring contractor execution, and maintaining accurate dispatch and equipment records. The role ensures smooth execution of rebar dispatch, internal material transfers, and hired equipment utilization in line with operational instructions and approved procedures.
Responsibilities- Coordinate routine dispatch, transport, and equipment activities under the supervision of the Department Head in accordance with approved instructions and schedules.
- Monitor contractor performance, validate documentation, and record operational data.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and equipment records and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Escalate any operational deviation, contractor dispute, cost discrepancy, or non-routine issue to the Department Head for decision and resolution.
- Clarify limits of authority: does not have authority to approve transport contracts, modify dispatch plans, negotiate rates, or authorize payments.
