** About The Team
** You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

KPI Breakdown & Plan Execution:
Decompose regional business objectives into team-level KPIs such as personnel efficiency and headcount. Organize the formulation of work plans, track implementation, analyze operational data, drive process improvements, and ensure the achievement of all set targets.
Warehouse Planning & Process Optimization:
Participate in facility layout planning, design product flow routing, establish and refine warehousing management systems and operational procedures. Monitor execution effectiveness, continuously optimize work standards to enhance warehouse utilization and operational efficiency.
Daily Operations Management & Team

Collaboration:

Oversee daily operations within the jurisdiction, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and security. Supervise teams' adherence to work procedures and standards, coordinate cross-departmental resources, handle major emergencies, and ensure orderly warehouse operations.
Cost Monitoring & Efficiency Enhancement:
Monitor real-time operational costs across teams, analyze anomalous data, and optimize management methods and processes to reduce warehousing expenses. Organize monthly inventory counts, operational training, and other initiatives to improve team execution and operational compliance.
