Project Manager (Najran, 1600 SAR)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing projects
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Duties:

• Developing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk assessments
• Managing the day-to-day progress of projects by monitoring progress against project plans and milestones; providing feedback as needed; escalating issues when necessary; ensuring timely resolution of issues; communicating results to stakeholders; taking corrective action when needed
• Overseeing the successful completion of all project phases (Inception through Closeout) according to the agreed upon scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, customer acceptance criteria, customer satisfaction goals, etc.
• Coordinating internal resources as well as external vendors or contractors for the flawless execution of projects
• Creating regular reports with status updates on all running projects
