Manager – Production; UHT

• Lead and manage UHT production and aseptic packaging operations.
• Optimize production schedules, SKU changeovers, and CIP sequences.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, SFDA standards.
• Drive efficiency through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and automation initiatives
  .
• Build and develop a high-performing team with a strong safety culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or Management.
• 7-10 years of experience in dairy or beverage manufacturing with proven UHT expertise
  .
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of modern manufacturing tools (Fishbone, Pareto, 7 QC tools).
