Kuwait Steel is seeking a seasoned Production In Charge to supervise ferro silicon plant operations in Kuwait. You will manage shifts, monitor furnace performance, and ensure safety and efficiency, driving production targets while controlling costs.
The role requires strong leadership, experience with submerged arc furnaces, and proficiency in SAP PM/MM to manage work orders and materials. You will mentor operators and ensure rigorous safety practices.
