NADEC is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Engineering – Drinkable) to lead maintenance operations and drive reliability across our beverage manufacturing facilities.
This role is ideal for a maintenance leader with a strong background in filling and packaging equipment, automation systems, and team leadership within FMCG, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute major overhauls and preventive maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across filling, packaging, and utility systems.
- Manage maintenance resources, spare parts, and inventory to support operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to maximize line efficiency and plant performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance within FMCG, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance strategies.
- Strong background in filling and packaging operations.
- Experience working with automated manufacturing systems and industrial controls.
