INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The QA/QC Manager will ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with Saudi Aramco and ADNOC requirements, as well as relevant industry standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment
, extensive experience in oil and gas projects, and a proven track record in Saudi Aramco and ADNOC projects.

• Lead and manage the development, implementation, and oversight of all quality assurance and control activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco and ADNOC standards.
• Establish and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and client requirements, ensuring all quality processes and procedures are in place.
• Oversee and coordinate all inspection and testing activities, ensuring that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to applicable international standards for control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment

  , and other relevant guidelines.
• Monitor and audit the quality of materials, equipment, and components supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports, ensuring full traceability and compliance with client expectations.
• Identify, document, and manage non-conformances and quality issues
  , recommending corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality performance, reduce rework, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with Saudi Aramco

  , and other stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction with project quality standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with project QMS and client requirements, and addressing any findings or recommendations promptly.
