Position Summary

• Sinopec is urgently seeking an experienced Telecom QC Inspector (QCI) to oversee rigorous quality control and inspection activities for a major project in Haradh, Saudi Arabia.

• You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all OSP, PDS, and telecom installations comply strictly with international engineering codes and client specifications.
• The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to Saudi Aramco projects with active SAP registration and CBT clearance.

• As a Telecom QC Inspector at Sinopec, your primary mandate involves enforcing rigorous quality control procedures across all telecommunications construction and installation phases.
• You will execute comprehensive inspection and testing activities for Outside Plant (OSP) and Premise Distribution Systems (PDS) in alignment with project blueprints.
• Your daily operational duties include verifying compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, Saudi Aramco Inspection Test Plans (SATIP), and Saudi Aramco Inspection Checklists (SAIC).
• You will review technical submittals, monitor material receiving inspections, and ensure that all installed network components adhere strictly to BICSI-ΤDMM, NEC, and NESC standards.
• Working autonomously with minimal supervision, you will identify non-conformances, issue corrective action requests, and verify remedial work before final sign-off.
• You will maintain meticulous quality records, inspection logs, and test packages required for client handover and project auditing purposes.
• Collaboration with site construction teams, project engineers, and client representatives forms a cornerstone of your daily responsibilities to maintain a zero-defect culture.

• Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections for telecommunications infrastructure and installation activities in Haradh.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, SATIP, and SAIC protocols.
• Perform routine inspections on Outside Plant (OSP) and Premise Distribution Systems (PDS) deployments.
• Verify compliance with international telecom and electrical standards including BICSI-ΤDMM, NEC, and NESC.
• Review material inspection reports, equipment test certificates, and manufacturer compliance documents.
• Identify quality non-conformances, issue corrective action reports (CAR), and track issues to effective closure.
• Coordinate and interface directly with Saudi Aramco inspection representatives for official witness testing and sign-offs.
• Maintain up-to-date quality records, inspection logs, and documentation packages for project handover.
• Execute quality duties independently with minimal supervision while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

• Minimum of 10 years of total relevant professional engineering and quality control experience.
• At least 5 years of specialized quality inspection experience working directly on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Valid Saudi Aramco SAP Number and CBT (Computer Based Test) passed certification.
• Strong, proven experience in Telecom QC inspection activities and telecommunications infrastructure buildouts.
• Good, working knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, SATIP, and SAIC frameworks.
• Practical expertise in OSP (Outside Plant) and PDS (Premise Distribution System) installations.
• Familiarity with global industry standards including BICSI-ΤDMM, NEC, and NESC.
• Ability to perform independent inspections and quality activities with minimal supervision.
• Legal eligibility and physical presence capability to work in Haradh, Saudi Arabia.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), CSWIP, or BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
