Sales Consultant; Eastern Region

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, while understanding their needs and preferences.

• Have thorough knowledge of the products and services offered in order to explain them clearly and provide suitable recommendations.

• Present products and services, answer customer inquiries, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process to achieve sales targets.

• Assist in organizing products and monitor their availability on shelves and promotional displays.

• Contribute to improving the showroom layout and product arrangement to enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Complete sales transactions accurately and in accordance with approved cash-handling procedures.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management to help improve products, services, and the customer experience.

• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Work effectively as part of a team with a cooperative and positive attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum; additional training or education in sales or customer service is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
