• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Complete minor carpentry work including installing shelves, repairing doors, and fixing furniture.

• Respond to repair requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Experience working in the hospitality industry or residential buildings.
• Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical work.
