The Multi Sports Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-sport programs across various age groups and skill levels. The role focuses on promoting physical activity, developing sports programs, and ensuring high standards of coaching, safety, and engagement.
Responsibilities- Design and implement multi-sport programs (e.g., football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, fitness activities, etc.)
- Coach and supervise participants in individual and group sports sessions
- Develop training plans based on age, skill level, and fitness objectives
- Ensure safe use of sports facilities and equipment
- Monitor performance and provide guidance and motivation
- Organize sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities
- Coordinate with management, schools, clubs, or facilities as required
- Promote sports participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science
, or a related field - Proven experience in multiple sports coaching or sports consultancy
- Strong knowledge of sports rules, training techniques, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- First Aid / CPR certification preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in sports coaching, sports consultancy, academies, clubs, schools, or recreational facilities
- Experience handling multiple sports disciplines is mandatory
