Sports Consultant

The Multi Sports Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-sport programs across various age groups and skill levels. The role focuses on promoting physical activity, developing sports programs, and ensuring high standards of coaching, safety, and engagement.

• Design and implement multi-sport programs (e.g., football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, fitness activities, etc.)
• Coach and supervise participants in individual and group sports sessions
• Develop training plans based on age, skill level, and fitness objectives
• Ensure safe use of sports facilities and equipment
• Monitor performance and provide guidance and motivation
• Organize sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities
• Coordinate with management, schools, clubs, or facilities as required
• Promote sports participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits

• Degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science
  , or a related field
• Proven experience in multiple sports coaching or sports consultancy
• Strong knowledge of sports rules, training techniques, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred

• 3-7 years of experience in sports coaching, sports consultancy, academies, clubs, schools, or recreational facilities
• Experience handling multiple sports disciplines is mandatory
