Material Handler

Location: US-AL-FOLEY-1300 ~ 1300 W Fern Ave ~ OEM BLDG

Role Type: Onsite

Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, overtime and weekends as needed.

• Count and verify parts against supplier packing slips and review for damage.
• Receive inbound material in SAP and note any discrepancies.
• Manage non‑conforming material via grief line and coordinate with supply chain to resolve.
• Store/warehouse material using powered industrial vehicles.
• Obtain forklift certification and operate heavy machinery (cranes, forklifts, tuggers, etc.).
• Perform SAP transactions for goods movements.
• Maintain awareness of production rates and part requirements.
• Use powered hand tools to open crates, verify and load crated materials.
• Manage Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) material via SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Engage in 5S activities and ensure a FOD‑free inventory environment.
• Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams).
• Push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs, stand for up to a minimum of 8 hours per day and work outdoors as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• HS diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Inventory Management.
• Forklift experience.

• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle certification.
• SAP/ERP or other inventory management systems experience.
• Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, CORE and/or ACE).
• APICS CPIM or CLTD training/certification.
• Cycle counting experience.

Compensation: $43,400 – $82,600 USD (annual).
