Warehouse Operator

The Associate Storekeeper / Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring accurate stock records and efficient warehouse operations. The role supports the smooth movement of materials by following established safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store materials in designated locations following warehouse layout and storage standards.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials accurately according to approved requests.
• Perform inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of inventory.
• Load and unload deliveries using appropriate material handling equipment, where authorized.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow company safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage.
• 0 –4 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory operations.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Forklift certification is an advantage (where applicable).

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
