Staff Development Coordinator – Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

We are seeking a full‑time Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) to support quality nursing care and staff growth. This role is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

• Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
• Provide education to existing staff and ensure medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed.
• Run and assist with employee training and orientation.
• Assist with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units.

• Primary series of the COVID‑19 vaccine required.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
