• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for residents
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that dietary needs are met and exceed resident expectations
• Monitor and report on resident food intake and nutritional status
• Develop and implement nutrition education programs for residents and staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and provide expert guidance to colleagues
