We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Saugus Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Saugus, MA. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide high‑quality care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for residents
• Conduct patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations as directed by the physical therapist
• Provide resident education and training on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and safety precautions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with residents and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and goals
