• Active and valid Massachusetts PT License required
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to students individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, faculty, and families
• Dedication to promoting student independence, functional mobility, and success in the educational setting

• Conduct assessments, develop and execute treatment plans that address motor development, mobility, and accessibility in the school environment
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and school staff to foster optimal student engagement and participation in classroom activities
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and attendance records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary teams approach to student support
