• Ensures all crew members provide exceptional customer service by training them on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring a smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates, covering store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks such as garbage removal, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (College experience preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain composure under pressure.
• Creative thinking skills.

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 feet.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, especially in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Frequently communicate with customers on the telephone and face‑to‑face, as well as with managers and coworkers.
• Frequently assist customers across the sales floor and from the stock room.
• Work a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Identify and follow email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
