Pay Range:
Our starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duty/position.
- $15.00 = Sales Clerk, Designated Sales Clerk, Custodian, Tagger/Roller Hard, Tagger/Roller Soft
- $15.23 = Clothing Sorter/Hanger, Hardware Sorter
- $15.45 = Bed & Bath, Books, CDC Ambassador, Furniture, Jewelry, Recycler, Shoes
- $15.81 = Clothing Grader, Hardware Pricer, Material Handler

Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one. Our training department (Savers University) develops and delivers robust training to every team member—from new hires to senior executives. We develop about 90% of our training internally and partner with a variety of providers to supplement our offerings.
