What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:- Process customer and dealer orders received by phone, email, fax, and vendor portals
- Answer questions related to orders, pricing, delivery, products, and warranties
- Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Provide technical support related to heating and cooling products, installations, and applications
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM system
- Process invoices, returns, transfer orders, and EDI orders while meeting service targets
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and dealer partners to resolve customer issues
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or order entry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Electrical or mechanical aptitude preferred
