Full-Time | Onsite | $90,000 – $125,000 annually (exempt)

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Ichor Systems is seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead complex, high-level projects and serve as the primary liaison between our team and customers. In this role, you’ll ensure customer expectations are met through clear communication, detailed planning, and proactive coordination. You’ll manage project documentation, track commitments, and maintain alignment with specifications and schedules—all while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

• Manage project commitments, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Track and process change orders for subcontractors
• Prepare punch lists, site observations, and daily reports
• Attend project meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes
• Ensure parts meet current drawings, specifications, and standards
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor production and reporting

• Education: 4-year Business degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and decisive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
