Oversee service office operations, customer relations, communicate product improvements with Project Managers and purchasing, responsible for growth of department.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, monitor, and improve service activities
- Provide support and guidance to lead service technicians
- Be a point person to streamline communication between foremen, supervisors, project managers, drafters, and other employees
- Forecast growth and vision for service department
- 2 years of experience in related field- preferably mechanical, plumbing or electrical service
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- 5 years of field service management
- Promote process improvement with a proven track record of process improvement achievements
