Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser to showcase organization, time management, and retailer relationships. You will be the face of Hallmark, collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations.

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to display Hallway, drive product visibility, and collaborate with store teams to optimize placement and inventory. On occasion you may support other in‑store products from other companies.

• Hourly pay $15.50–$17.50 depending on skills and experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule; average 8–10 hours per week.
• Availability required around major holidays and weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory. Communicate daily with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Department resets:
  Install Hallmark fixtures, relocate card departments, and reset card sections. Receive two weeks’ advance notice for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers in your territories to maintain a unified 1‑Team Vision.

Physically demanding. Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand, navigate stairs, and step ladders throughout the workday.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device to open, read documents, and interpret information.
• Access Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
