Team Member – Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Part-Time (20–29 hrs/wk)

Hourly Salary: $14.00–$15.50

• Greet customers and run the register
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with food program
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service
• Interact with customers daily and support team goals
• Ensure regular onsite attendance

• Notable customer service experience (retail or cashier)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and friendly conversation
• Ability to work at a quick pace while enjoying work
• Team player with motivation to advance career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

• Stand and walk up to 8 hours
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasional lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds
• Bend at waist with some twisting for up to one hour
• Grasp, reach, manipulate objects; eye–hand coordination; ladder climbing may be required
