BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Carpenter to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. • Starting at $22 hourly depending on experience

• Installation, finishing, and sanding of drywall to prepare for painting
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter’s hand and power tools
• Paint prep, cutting, and rolling of new and existing structures
• Demolition / Breakdown of existing structures (drywall, studs, flooring, electric, plumbing, etc.)

• Ability to accurately comply with the instructions and requests provided by the Project Foreman
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
• Ability to follow the corporate established safety rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Compliance with the company policies and procedures
• Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds
• Ability to push and/or pull non-motorized equipment weighing over 50 pounds
• Ability to climb – ascending or descending ladders, scaffolding, or ramps
• Must be comfortable working with heights
• Capable of stooping and bending
• Capable of reaching and grasping objects
• Capable of manipulating and operating power tools or machinery
• Capable of walking and/or standing for extended periods of time

• High School Diploma or GED
• A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values)

• Prior carpentry experience professionally or from schooling
